Maintenance Services ensures that any faulty product maintained by Cronus is restored to full working order and is tested according to the manufacturer's specification.
When a fault occurs, we will restore the equipment to proper operational condition through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting where possible and through on-site replacement of non-functioning hardware when required.
Cronus field engineers are experienced in maintaining the equipment from the leading desktop, server and network equipment vendors. Different maintenance service levels are available in order to allow the customer to select the most appropriate solution regardless of their size and geographical coverage.
